Insurance is now added to all H3 kits due
to loss/theft of these expensive items.
Please select which type of tractor this
kit is being installed on from the dropdown box above, and enter your model
number in the text box.
04/15/24: This kit is build to order only. Due to the overwhelming popularity of all of our H3 kits, we've unfortunately had to extend the lead time to 12 weeks. We are attempting to get on a batch build schedule to cut lead times, and will post here when we are able to do so. We greatly appreciate your business and your patience.
When your
tractor was delivered new it had three hydraulic functions and two hydraulic
levers. That is not much of a problem until you add a snow blower on the front
or a three point on the rear.
It’s cold
and you are out cleaning your driveway with that $15,000 machine. Every time
you move your chute angle the mower deck moves. You can get a lockout valve
which will help but it doesn’t really solve the problem.
Our H3 kit
changes the game completely. When the kit is integrated into your tractor you
now have three hydraulic functions and three levers. Yep, with H3 every
function is on its own lever.
Let’s get
more technical.
The AuxHyd
H3 kit for John Deere X-series tractors X475 – X595 2002 – 2005 is designed to
fully integrate a third hydraulic control circuit into the tractor. It is
engineered for long life and consistent performance.
The
rockshaft cylinder is disconnected from the OEM two lever control, and
connected to a new control with the lever located to the right of the
operator's seat.
The system
is designed to match the flow and pressure characteristics of the OEM
system. Only high quality components
and materials are used in the implementation.
Installation
is straight forward and frame modifications are NOT required. Only the
fender deck and toolbox need adjustment and the tool needed is supplied with the
kit.
Because the
kit is tightly integrated into the tractor, typical mechanical skills are
necessary to successfully complete the install. Approximately 8 hours should be
allowed for the first time installer. The experienced installer or mechanic can
do the job in about 3 hours. One day of install compared to years of improved
functionality is not a bad tradeoff.
