Send us your failed Time Delay Control Module (TDCM). Please remove the bracket before shipping, as that will save on shipping costs both ways. We will restore it and ship it back within 48 to 72 hours after we receive it. The green “feet” are for packing purposes only. Please remove them before reinstalling on the tractor. Your Time Delay Control Module (TDCM) will be disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, tested under load using our proprietary equipment then repaired using new components.
Both relays are always replaced! Passive components either damaged or out-of-spec are replaced!Electrical connectors are replaced if old ones are brittle or damaged!Wiring is replaced if cut or otherwise damaged!Weather resistant conformal coating is always re-applied to circuit board after repair!New enclosure is used if old enclosure is damaged!
Your TDCM will be restored to flawlessly perform all original functions. Those functions are:1. Time Delay Control Circuit for PTO and Run Functions.2. Battery Discharge Lamp Control Circuit.3. Seat Switch Latch Control Circuit.4. Brake/Neutral Switch Control Circuit for the Run Function.
