PAYMENTS:  Personal/Business Check, PayPal, Money Order/Cashier's Check, Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
If your credit card is repeatedly declined, consider the following:
a)  Are you using a business card and shipping to a home address?
b)  Are you using a personal card and shipping to a business address?
c)  Do you have restrictions set on your account?
d)  Have you recently moved and forgotten to notify the issuing bank?
In any of these cases, please consider using PayPal as your form of payment.  It is easy, and can be completed without creating a PayPal account!

SALES TAX:  At this time, we are only required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped to a Florida address.  The rate is 7.5% on the product only (shipping charges are excluded).

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:  We accept returns on unused and/or unopened items within 90 days.  If your item is defective, we will replace it within a reasonable amount of time (usually one year).  If you wish to cancel an order, we will refund your full purchase price as long as it has not yet been shipped.  After shipment, you may return the item for product cost refund only.

SHIPPING:  Our normal shipping schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week, but is subject to change without prior notice.  If you require next day or 2nd day air, please contact us for availability before placing your order.  Because we have switched to using UPS and FedEx exclusively, we can no longer ship to a PO Box.  We understand the cost to ship some items may be cost prohibitive, but depending on the item, may ship at no additional cost when purchased with other items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We ship to all 50 states and D.C.  We also ship to many other countries.  If you don't see your country listed, please contact us and we may add it.  For countries requiring VAT fees, or other fees, those will be collected upon delivery of your purchase.
